I traveled over 1,100 miles in the last ten days to lead a retreat, preach a parish mission, and attend diaconate formation meetings. I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed for a while because the next events on the agenda are in Cheyenne.
On Saturday I will be leading a women's retreat at St. Joseph's Parish. I will wrap that up just in time to head to the cathedral to preach at the Saturday evening Mass which kicks off the start of the Cathedral Parish Mission. I will preach at all six Masses over the weekend. As you can see by the invitation which was handed out at all the Masses this weekend (pictured above), we will be having a different homilist each evening. I appreciate the opportunity to get it all started at the weekend Masses and then close it out on the last night. If you live in the Cheyenne area I hope you will make plans to join us.
