It is always more difficult to get people to attend an Advent event as compared to a Lenten event. I realize that Christmas shopping and Christmas parties demand much of our time during the month of December. However, if you dare to invest these 4.5 hours at St. Francis by the Sea Parish on Saturday, December 15, I assure you that it will be a good investment.
I know that many of the parishioners registered for the Advent Day of Reflection this past Sunday at Mass. However, if you have been sitting on the fence about whether to attend or not, there is still time to register. The deadline is in three days on Friday, December 7. I hope my readers in Hilton Head will consider joining us for this event.
