It was a fantastic morning at Laramie County Community College (LCCC). We had the annual "Campaign Kick-Off" breakfast this morning bright and early at 7:00 AM for United Way of Laramie County. Although I am frequently on the campus of LCCC, this was my first time to have a role as a speaker at an event. Stretching each dollar as far as possible to have the greatest impact is the goal for the collaborative approach to meeting these needs. Once the food was ready, we just had to wait for people to arrive. It would soon be an energy-filled room. I am grateful to the Board of Directors for their investment of time, energy, and resources to help us succeed in our mission. It is a blessing to be surrounded by good people at work. This is an awesome staff!
