While I have had the privilege of being on the radio a few times in the past, this was my first appearance longer than twenty minutes. It was definitely a different feeling being on the air for an hour. I have a new appreciation for radio personalities that host talk shows daily for multiple hours.
I want to say thank you to those who called in while I was on the air yesterday and made a pledge. I am grateful for your support of this important ministry. Furthermore, I have received texts, emails, and messages on social media from others who were listening. Some of the messages have come from people I have never met, but my personal story resonated with their own experience. Let's face it, we all carry a cross or two throughout our lives. Suffering impacts all of us.
