St. Francis of Assisi and St. Anthony of Padua have long been two of my favorite saints. Working in a parish that bears the name of St. Francis is exciting. I had the privilege of going classroom to classroom this morning at St. Francis Catholic School to talk about St. Francis and give a blessing to the students and teachers as we celebrated the feast day of our parish. I am grateful to the principal and teachers for allowing me into their classrooms to help celebrate this wonderful day. It was a blessing for me to be part of the festivities.
